The chair came with a completely snapped arm rest. Multiple emails and messages to customer services with no resolution. Really disappointed and would not use again. I will contact trading standards soon of they do not contact me with a resolution.

Excellent service. Order arrived ahead of schedule. Unfortunately one of the wheels arrived cracked but within 2 days they kindly dispatched me a replacement with no quibble - just as their website states.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE , SENT 15 E-MAILS TO TRY GET A REFUND. REPLIED TO 4 MAKING OUT NOT RECEIVED ANY OTHER IN THE END TO GET MY REFUND HAD TO CONTACT RESOLVE AND CLAIM BACK FROM MY BANK . SHOULD OF REALISED THAT ANY COMPANY THAT STATES THERE REFUND POLICY IS APPROVED BY TRADING STANDARDS SHOULD OF SENT WARNING. I'M SURE TRADING STANDARDS TO APPROVE COMPANY'S , THERE NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE IS ONLY NO QUIBBLE BECAUSE THEY DONT REPLY WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Been waiting over two weeks now for my order I have chased this up on several occasions and have heard absolutely nothing back not even an automated email to say my queries are being looked into. This company takes your money and then ignores you and doesn’t send the products. Would not trust! Will be reporting

Hi I received 2 different coloured arms which were sent in my boxed chair. Emailed customer services who were prompt in sending me the correct replacement arm correct colour. Whilst still unpacking I noticed the stitching was coming away at the back of the chair I have emailed them 4 times about this and they don't reply. I would have taken a discount but my son has to live with a faulty chair and nothing is being done. Why ignore my emails. But offered great customer service on my first Email?

I bought my son a Brazen Puma gaming chair from this site for his birthday. I was very pleased with the service and quality of the chair. The parcel arrived very promptly and well packaged. I was kept informed of delivery progress, and there were no issues. The chair was easy to put together and is very sturdy and good quality for the price. It’s been very well used since April (2 months) and is still like new. I would definitely purchase from Boys Stuff again.

Ordered the brazen gaming chair for my son for his birthday. I left the timing pretty tight (so I thought) by ordering 6 days before his big day. No need to worry I received my order 2 days after placing the order. Very happy at how quick it came. I would say the chair was smaller than I expected but totally my fault for not reading the description and it turned out perfect size for my 6 year old.

I brought this gaming chair back in March and can not express how happy I am with the chair it does everything you want. I purchased a gaming chair which was by no means described as being small. When it arrived I assembled it then when i sat in it found that the fixed head rest sat between my shoulder blades. Im only 5.7ft so im not what you’d call tall. They have a policy of not letting you return something once assembled so they won’t even let me return it. It proudly says on their site “no quibble return policy”… better read the small print!

I purchased Brazen Gaming chair for my Grandson at christmas. Best thing i have bought for him. His eyes lit up on christmas day when he saw it. He is one happy boy with gaming now.

Purchased the brazen gaming chair absolutely brilliant my boys love it & I love it when I get chance to watch Tv although I haven’t wired it up for the sound as I have a home cinema system when you put the phone on Bluetooth it’s amazing quality

I ordered a gaming chair for my son for Christmas. It arrived in good time and is perfect. It's exactly what we wanted with the speaker optional during different games. Great because I can also hear what the other kids he is playing with are saying!
A month down the line it's safe to say the chair is almost indestructible. It has be climbed and flipped and it still is in perfect condition.

I ordered 2x Brazen rocker chairs for my boys for Christmas gifts. Originally went for the basic no sound chairs. Unfortunately they went out of stock but boysstuff simply upgraded to the next upgrade at no cost.

The boys really enjoy these chairs, they are great quality and fold easily for storage using velcro fasteners to secure when folded back out.

I brought this for my other half as a Christmas present and he loves it.
It was so easy to assemble, the look and quality of the gaming chair is amazing! I'm currently using it as an office chair while we do our games room and it's so comfy. The back and head rest as lovely extras too!
Worth the money for sure! Delivery was quick too?

Ordered a replacement cable for my daughters gaming chair on the 9th January. Email read it would arrive within 3-5 days. Still awaiting for delivery emailed boys stuff on the 21st January who said they would get back to me after investigation still nothing it's now 28th January I'm not impressed the money has left my account but nothing delivered.
